QR Scan
Task players with scanning a QR code containing specified content. Only the correct QR code advances the adventure.

What It Does
The QR Scan stage opens the device camera in QR mode and waits for the player to scan a code. You define the exact content the QR must encode. A match advances the adventure; a wrong code shows an error. This anchors the digital game to physical locations or props.
Configuration Parameters
Instructions — Text shown to players before they start scanning. Hint at where the QR code might be hidden.
Expected QR content — The exact string or URL the QR code must encode.
Error message — Shown when a wrong QR code is scanned.
Success message — Shown when the correct QR code is scanned.
Tips
Print QR codes at a minimum of 3×3 cm and place them in well-lit areas — tiny or poorly lit codes are hard for mobile cameras to read.
Hide the QR code inside a prop, under a table, or inside an envelope players only receive after solving a prior puzzle — make finding it part of the challenge.
